David Armstrong, a principal consultant at The Tavistock Consultancy Service, is an international figure in the fields of organizational psychology and group relations. He is an expert on team and organizational behavior, and has consulted to a wide variety of private and public sector organizations around the world including the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Japan, South Africa, and Israel. He is a highly regarded mentor and lecturer, and has published extensively. A volume of his collected articles was published in 2005. In recent years, David has worked extensively as an Executive Coach. He has coached senior leaders in technology with a particular interest in the dynamics of leadership and the uses of emotional intelligence as a guide to organizational understanding and practice.
