Stan Schrager is a Wall Street veteran with more than 30 years of human resources experience. He has been a strategic advisor and coach on issues such as retention, compensation, and benefits as well as competency based programs in support of business strategies. He has also had key roles in multiple integration and merger initiatives, and understands both the tactical and political forces that drive selection decisions. Additionally, Stan has managed employee transitions for major technology joint ventures and designed and led training programs for the Executive Team and HR organization for The Bank of China in Beijing. His career includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Chase Manhattan Bank, where he focused primarily on the bank’s IT organization and global wholesale businesses.
