Program II: Hidden Differences - Increasing Cultural Self-Awareness
Just as leaders have personal “blind spots” that if not addressed, may limit career advancement, leaders also have cultural “blind spots” that can inadvertently prevent successful implementation of business goals and objectives.
This workshop is a two-step process. First, it lays the psychological foundation that is key to enabling participants to learn about the business mind-set of their counterparts from other cultures. Once this foundation is in place, the second part of the workshop explores the manifestation of culture, and provides country specific skills training including communication skills, leadership practices as well as insight into business values and the evaluation system.
